Creative Writing: The Ice Cave
<view this essay>.... and
darkness seeps down to the farthest of senses.
Further down, the icy walls creates a shiver at the slightest touch.
The black, elusive ground, makes a sound like a quivering stew. All
around the foundation, bloody clawmarks indent the frosty barrier.
Fingernails screeching fills the dark space.
One, two, three, steps more, and the tail of a snowy bushed monster
creeps out from around the corner. It's ample structure growls throughout
the barren, frozen lair. Once it's boisterous voice has echoed throughout
the entire cavern, the mysterious creature peers from around the enclosed
corner. Waiting, watching with hungry eyes and a rave .....

Personal Writing: The Hamster
<view this essay>.... on the phone, and examining the hamster's cage. My little sister's
hamster had died while it was under my care.
My parents had gone to San Fransisco for the weekend, and instead
of staying at my grandparents' house like my parents recommended, I decided
to stay at home. Both of my sisters went to my grandparents' house, so I
had the whole house to myself. I even had some company: my sister's
hamster. I was the hamster's sole caretaker. Without me, it would starve,
die of thirst, or somehow find a way to escape the confines of its little
cage and wreak havoc throughout my parents' house. Because I've never
taken care of a hamster before, my sister .....

A Wedding Day
<view this essay>.... and he went to get popcorn. As he got out of the car, he took a ring out of his pocket and said "see if this will fit you". The ring fit, so we were engaged. I wonder what would have happened if it had been too small.
We set our wedding day for September 6th. I had ordered my wedding gown and made some of the arangements when my fiancé wanted to change the date. He wanted to change it to August 17th. I now had to cancel the order for the gown, go out and shop for another one. Finally after looking all over I found the right wedding gown. I got the invitations out and all the other arrangements changed.
I awoke early Saturday morning August 17th, my .....

Creative Writing: Bob's World
<view this essay>.... came the voice of Lucille as she came up to walk to school
with him.
"Hi Lucille," Bob replied shyly.
Bob and Lucille were good friends. Bob wished that they could go out on
a date but, he knew there was several reasons why they would not make a good
couple. First Lucille had told him that she did not like it if her boyfriend was
a lot smarter and better at sports than her. After-all they were so different.
She worked so hard to get stuff done while he needed very little time if any at
all. She was the captain of the soccer and basketball teams while, if his knee
was better, he could beat her at any sport. He knew they were just so different
they were fate .....

Creative Story: My Golden Age
<view this essay>.... no
similarity between reality, and their utopia. I would do something a little bit
different. You see, I would take my pre-existing life, and just make changes to
that. If I were to come up with my own Golden Age, this is what I would do.
I would start with my present standing in life. That would be a tenth
grade student in high school. Then to make it dream like, I would analyze to
see what I could do to make my life better. I would find out what things were
important to me at that time and what things I could change to make my future
life better. For example, I would probably start out with school, since that is
very important to most people at my ag .....

Personal Writing: Joining The Track Team
<view this essay>.... So I went to a meeting and I was automatically interested. It gave me an opportunity to get in shape, meet new friends, and most of all to be active within the school. I was so psyched; I could not wait until Spring Training began.
So around the middle of March we formed the 1998 North East track team, and I had no clue what I was in store for. Coach Decker and Coach Burke called a meeting for us one Monday afternoon and explained to all of us the hard work and determination that it was going to take to be on the track team, they “would not tolerate anything but 110% from every single person,” and this I was willing to give. So I informed my boss at wo .....

My Journey
<view this essay>.... I check my bag one last time to make sure that I haven’t forgotten anything. After a quick glance, I jump on my bike and start peddling ferociously. The time is now 7:54 a.m., and school begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. The thought of being late is still in the back of my mind and it makes me peddle even faster. I reach the school with two minutes to spare. As I reach the front doors, the principal who kindly tells me to slow down greets me. I quickly find my seat as the last tone of the bell sounds, knowing that I almost didn’t make it.
I began to look around the room, and notice the differences from previous classrooms to this one. I keep thinking that I am fina .....

Creative Writing: The Unforgettable Man
<view this essay>.... became a different story. Just as my shift was
coming to a normal close, a nurse's call light from one of the patient's rooms
had illuminated. On one of my many repetitive walks down from the station to a
patient's room, I had nothing else on my mind except for my evening plans with
friends. I was extremely happy that this would surely be the last call light I
would be answering that shift. As I entered the room, a crying relative came
yelling at me. "He is going, something happened, do something, do something
now!", demanded the distressed lady standing right at the bed side. I had seen
this man before, although I had never spoken to him. I had know idea .....
