Dating In Highschool To Real Life Love Situations
<view this essay>.... school. That’s just how our school was. Everyone knew that
you never dated people from other schools, it had been common knowledge
since my parents, parents were in school. Girls, generally only dated guys
that were one or two years older than them, and my class was no exception.
Accordingly, my closest friends had boyfriends who were also good
friends, in the grade above us. It was all one big circle of girlfriends
and boyfriends. If you didn’t find your own boyfriend or girlfriend,
usually this certain circle would be the ones responsible for intervening
and setting you up with someone. It almost seemed unfair, but that’s just
how things were.

Personal Writing: The Burnside Project
<view this essay>.... the
second person rolls softly in my ears. His image creeps into the corner of
my eye while I inspect my shoes. I scrub the soles back and forth on the
pavement, out of habit, to insure a dry surface. I don't bother to watch
him. I can hear him rolling smoothly down low. His slow, relaxed warm up
run tells me he probably arrived short time ago. He makes his way up the
back wall and his wheels go silent. The other one puts his foot on his
tail and effortlessly rolls his truck over the coping. I watch him quickly
drop away and coast to the hip. He glides past it, and I start to notice
the entire view before me as he blends into a larger picture.
I see .....

only taken a year of guitar lessons, but I know how to play very well. I
learn mainly by ear. By listening to other people play and I am able to
pick it up really quickly. I have been taught different songs from my
friends, and I also have a guitar book that I use frequently.
I have never bought a guitar. This past summer I went back to
Colorado and met up with one of my friends. He had told me before I could
use his guitar any time I wanted to, so I called him up and asked if I
could borrow it. He told me I could have it, because he had just bought a
brand knew one. The strings and the pick guard had been take .....

Creative Writing: The Visitor
<view this essay>.... as
well be aliens to make the group whole.
A streak of light suddenly pierced the night's sky and left a dazzling
trail of cosmic dust behind it. Jane gasped in awe. A falling star. The
brightest she had seen! She quickly closed her eyes and made a wish,
knowing that a wish from a falling star had excellent chances of coming to
pass. But the wish had to be strongly formed in one's mind, or else it
would dissipate with all the other bits of wishful thinking that took place
in the night.
She tried to form an image, . She almost had it. She slowly opened her
eyes and visualized... Max. Standing at the door and was looking at her
with an air of mild curi .....

My Car Accident
<view this essay>.... blacked out after being hit, because I rear ended the car in front of me. When I came into looking at my surroundings I notice the smell of gas and burnt rubber.
The police had me step out of the car to look at the actual damages of the accident. My car was completely bleeding with fractures and broken parts. The bumper was folded underneath to my tires, the front lights were shattered and the front fenders were fractured with cracks everywhere. Officer Gage started to take my report :”I was adjusting my rear view mirror when I saw the flash of white, I realized it was a car and tried to brace myself if could not find a way around or to stop. Creative Writing: Sycamore Street
<view this essay>.... lanky teenager slowly blew smoke from his
mouth, smiled and flashed the six gold’s that covered his front teeth.
Local kids lined up on the side of the street, chasing down cars
that rolled by. One lonely six-year-old boy, sat close to a tree rapidly
banging nails in the roots. Lying face down, one kid pretended he was
swimming in the dirt. He jumped up and raised both hands in excitement, as
if he had won the gold medal for dirt swimming in the 2000 Ghetto Olympics.
Teenage girls lined up like militant soldiers moving in the same sequence
to B.G.’s “Bling-Bling”
Everyone looked up and stared as the very noticeable squad car
crept by, hoping to shake th .....

Problems With A Happy Ending
<view this essay>.... doing this for a good life for me. It was hard to believe
that.
I let out a sob of frustration, tears of sadness running down my cheeks.
Being the richest among my friends, I showered them with gifts, a small price to
pay for their constant companionship. However, they were troublemakers who tried
to involve me with their misdeeds. I always managed to escape, being the
innocent one, until now. They had convinced me to take my first cigarette and
policemen nearby caught us. I could not escape because of the cigarette's strong
smell. It was a small offence to my friends, a big one to my parents and an eye
opener for me.
My father was raged, my mother was cry .....

Visual Deficit
<view this essay>.... and then stretch again. My cardioglide was the only part of my routine that I needed to make an adjustment for, because it has a computer that shows me: my time, speed, calories burned, and distance. The only part that is really important to me is the time so all I did was set my kitchen timer for fifteen minutes. This was not only easy because I could estimate one quarter of the way around the timer, but also because it has little lines and numbers that stick out.
Physically I got through my workout as usual but emotionally I did not. Within the first ten minutes of having the glasses on I felt sad. I already missed seeing my surroundings with unimpa .....
