A Camera's Eye
<view this essay>.... it in my mind. I could set up there in the
corner, by the dog, and how could I film the dog? Sitting in the corner at
it's masters side, bold chested sitting there, very proud, very astute. I
can see him running, a tight shot with plenty of leadroom. I could focus
on the dimensions of his solid muscles as they pushed him forward. He
could run unleashed, through a park filled with greens and waters or on a
city sidewalk. He would look so beautiful and natural surrounded by the
dark colors of the city. I can see the scene and I can move on.
My eyes go back to the girl in front of me. I can't stray too long,
I'll be caught surveying my surroundings and accused .....

Creative Story: The Ride
<view this essay>.... be my motorcycle accident that would
cause me to take life much more seriously.
Before the accident my lifestyle was very fast paced. I spent almost
all of my time with my friends going out to parties every night. My life was in
control without any abusive habits, it was just fast paced and fun times with
friends. Never being at home added to an already stressful family environment.
My high school education suffered from too much fun and too little studying. My
father made being at home a very uneasy feeling, making me want to stay away
even more. He never took any time to help me with school, car or money. I
always had to work to earn everything, the on .....

got tired and went to lie down. As soon as we laid down Charles asked if he

he did and that's when he told me he had an itching disease and I wouldn't be

Personal Writing: Ski Trip
<view this essay>.... to remember." I
thought to myself. Being that close to nature could put anyone in a state
of nirvana.
As I stood admiring the clear blue sky and the world around me, I
was interrupted by my friends' constant taunting, "Come on, let's go!"
They were not rookies. They had experienced the sport of skiing and the
atmosphere around it and were not as enthusiastic toward the surroundings
as I was. Their calls became louder, with annoyance. I stepped up to the
edge of a great slope. The steepness of this colossal block of snow I
stood upon, was frightening. The only was to go was down. I took a deep
breath with no worries, for this was not the first time I w .....

Personal Writing: Statues On Campus
<view this essay>.... detailed. Everything on the statue was highly detailed, from the face on the man to the clothes on him, and even the book he is reading and the books beside him were all highly detailed. The next thing I notice was how worn down and weathered it looked, I have know idea how long it has been there but it looks kind of dull.
This statue also kind of reminded me of the statue of the man who has his face in his hand thinking about things. I do not know what it is called but it reminded me of that statue because of the intentitive look on face. The person in the statue looks intent on reading or studying, and looks like he understands the literature that he is .....

Personal Writing: My Dreams
<view this essay>.... I also noticed that my dreams always involve a problem of some sort, this may show that I like to help people with problems.
Water, war (death), and girls (one particularly) are a few of the things I often see over again in different dreams. I don't know why I have dreams that include water, maybe my body is telling me I am thirsty or that I need to drink more water. My war dreams are the ones that I would be most interested in learning the latent meaning to. After waking from one of the war dreams I feel great, like a hero, like I accomplished something. I was recently thinking about joining a military service so I could be related to those thoughts. Of .....

My Life In Vietnam And The Move To The United States
<view this essay>.... computer programming lessons. Programming in Apple BASIC presented me with an opportunity to create my own world. One day, my parents told me that we were going to move to the United States of America, and I developed a strong feeling that my life soon would change forever.
After spending nine years in Vietnam, our family moved to a totally different environment. This I knew would be my toughest challenge to date. As a third grader attending a new elementary school in a new country, I felt left out because of my inability to communicate and adapt with the environment. Some kids assumed that I did not understand them at all, so they made rude remarks abo .....
