Goundwater
<view this essay>.... very cheap form of energy. In some dry areas like Arizona, large cities use groundwater for their entire water supply. Although groundwater is an excellent water source, there are many complications. For example, it is a resource that is difficult to assess since it is not directly visible. Therefor with out complicated measurements, it is hard to say how much water there is left in your well. It is also difficult to tell where exactly the source of recharge for your well is. Thus if an area near your well becomes polluted, the pollution may seep into the groundwater feeding your well.
The purpose of this project is to explore the subject of groundwater, .....

Rabbits

first three to four weeks. Although mature hares have longer ears than
rabbits, both mammals rang from 18 to 26 inches (46 to 66 cm) in length and
weigh as much as 26 pounds (12 kg). The hare is also noted for its ability
to change its fur color gradually to blend into its surroundings. The
arctic
hare's fur turns completely white during the winter months. During the
spring, as the snow melts, the hare grows a new coat of brown fur. Another
hare that changes color is commonly called the snowshoe rabbit. The hare

fast as a race ho .....

Nuclear Energy 2
<view this essay>.... went from 280 degrees centigrade to 4,000 degrees centigrade. The water that was in the reactor is instantly turned to steam which creates tremendous amount of pressure in the reactor core. Above the reactor core there is a 5 foot thick lead plate and above that there is a meter thick floor composed of iron, barium, serpentine, concrete, and stone. The exploding steam fires the floor up like shrapnel. The metal plate goes through the four foot thick concrete roof like butter and reaches and altitude of sixty meters. You can hear ripping, rending, wrenching, screeching, scraping, tearing sounds of a vast machine breaking apart. L. Ray Silver, a leading auth .....

Hurricanes
<view this essay>.... the
first step in the birth of a hurricane.
With the lid off, the warm, moist air rises higher and higher. Heat
energy, released as the water vapor in the air condenses. As it condenses
it drives the upper drafts to heights of 50,000 to 60,000 feet. The cumuli
become towering thunderheads.
From outside the storm area, air moves in over the sea surface to
replace the air soaring upwards in the thunderheads. The air begins
swirling around the storm center, for the same reason that the air swirls
around a tornado center.
As this air swirls in over the sea surface, it soaks up more and more
water vapour. At the storm center, this new supply of wate .....

Atomic Bombs
<view this essay>.... a mile long.
One of the first instances that these bombs were used was called the Manhattan Project. The Manhattan Project was created by the United States government in 1942 to produce the first nuclear bomb. The official agency that produced the bomb was the Corps of Engineers’ Manhattan Engineer District, commanded by Major General Leslie R.Groves. He directed industrial and research activities at such sites as Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and Los Alamos, New Mexico (The World Book Encyclopedia 141). Here they designed to bombs that were later called “The Fat Man” and “The Little Boy”. There was later a movie named after the two bombs that showed how they w .....

As the intensity of the situation elevates the mass of people begin to
violently slam into each other in a chaotic ceremonial dance. The purpose of
the dance is to cause and endure as much physical pain as possible. The dance
eventually gets so extreme that a young man in the crowd snaps his neck and dies.

Instead the man becomes entirely deranged, screaming .....

There are two kinds of . There is organic and inorganic. Organic are bonemeal, fishmeal, blood, and farmyard manuer. Inorganic manuer is Nitrogen, potassium or any other element necessary in the aid of plant growth. If one accidently digests inorganic fertilizer, he or she must see a doctor as soon as possible. One can get red eyes, itchiness, and or stomach problems.
During World War 2, the government built many factories to absorb nitrogen gas from the air and to use them in explosives. Soon after the war, these factories were used to absorb nitrogen .....

Fluorescence Study Of Dyes
<view this essay>.... for excitation at a fixed wavelength.
An absorption spectrum and an excitation spectrum are by their nature actually equivalent.
The two dyes exhibit energy transfer properties. The donor is coumarin and the acceptor the fluorescein. When the donor is excited, it is naturally decaying to the ground state. However in presence of an acceptor, this process is enhanced trough energy transfer. We will distinguish between collisional energy transfer and dipole-dipole transfer. From here we will try to determine the quenching constant and the distance at which decay and energy transfer are equally probable, as well as prove that Stern-Volmer's law and Först .....
