Personal Writing: After "Casino"
<view this essay>.... He denied it and pointed out that he had in fact missed the car,
which was true. Just then his buddy from inside the car asks me if I have a
problem. I say no I don't but I would if there was pee on my car. What? He says.
I said it's cool, there's no pee on my car, it's pretty damn disrespectful to be
pissin' on someone's car.
And with that it was over I walked away with Ryan (who had joined me)
back to his car. On the way over to his car I mentioned to him how I wouldn't
have had that attitude with they guy if we hadn't seen that type of movie.
I guess the fellow in the car still thought I had a problem because he
pulled his truck up, got out, and got up .....

Personal Writing: You Will Always Remember Your First Time!
<view this essay>.... laid in the ambulance for what seemed like days. All I could hear
were engines revving at high Rpm's and the roar of the crowd when someone styled
for the crowd. It was very disheartening to know that I was in the back of an
Ambulance at my first professional supercross. The only thing I could do was
play the past events over and over in my head.
I couldn't believe it as I looked at a shiny gold and silver card. This
card signified all of the rights and privileges of a professional supercrosser.
Now I would have the right to race with the worlds best.
“Dad look it finally came!” I shouted.
My dad looked at me with silly grin and said “Well you knew it .....

My Fisher Price Airplane
<view this essay>.... side of the aircraft it produces a squeaking sound from the hinges scraping against the dust and dirt that has formed inside it. Once the door is opened it reveals a staircase and four circular indents on the inside of the plane. Most people would think the indents weren’t anything but decoration, but I remember placing the miniature Fisher Price plastic people in them and flying them around my house. I grab the plane and hold it, remembering the good times I had with it. While moving my hand up the sides of it I can feel how aged it really is. The surface is cold, almost as if the airplane had been lonely the past thirteen years waiting for that little .....

Personal Bond With My Friends During Tennis Camp
<view this essay>.... tennis.
Tennis proved to be my initial experience with the bonding of my other two
friends as this was an activity that each of us would be learning for the first
time together. We were placed in the beginner group which introduced us to the
sport and taught us the basic skills. My problem was that I didn't want to
learn the introductory aspect of tennis, I wanted to start playing the actual
game. While Suzanne and Erin were diligently practicing their forehand and
backhand motions, I took private lessons focusing on my serve. Glancing their
way, I would see them laughing and chatting as they walked to the clubhouse for
a snack during a break. By ex .....

Popular Guy
<view this essay>.... of the season”.
The Glendale game has always been a big game every year, some say it is the biggest rivalry west of the Mississippi.
Anyway the point was to treat it just like any other game, and not let the massive crowds get to you.
As I was driving around the school Thomas was looking for a parking spot, we saw the girls over in the corner looking at us like we were gods.
“You know why they are looking at us right” busted out Thomas.
Yeah I know why, because we are the big men on campus and they will look at us even more after we win that Glendale game tonight.
Later that morning Thomas and I meet up with the rest of the guys from the team, they were a .....

The Safety Inspector
<view this essay>.... for the safety of the
students and the faculty. I have also observed the following safety objects
present in the regarded room. Fire blanket, fire extinguisher, fire shower,
first-aid kit, an apron, eye goggles, and an eye shower.
I am very concerned in the following situations. If a fire spread
throughout the classroom, there are no sprinklers to extinguish the fire only a
fire extinguisher. Another situation is if someone were to use the fire shower,
there would be no drain for the water to go to, thus a very slippery floor that
is unsafe. When the teacher is conducting experiments in the front of the room,
there is no glass wall to protect the student .....

Even Elephants Are Afraid Of Mice - A Creative Essay
<view this essay>.... allow the fear gnawing at his
soul to show, for he was the Captain.
"I'm not sure any more, sir." came the hesitant reply of the ensign.
"I know I heard something just an hour ago, but during the past sixty
minutes, I've heard nothing but fish gossip." The ensign was only trying
to ease the pressure with his antics, but the humour in his voice was
clearly forced. The Captain grunted, and several petty officers chuckled.
Yet, none could deny that Fear lived among them. The spectre was clearly
an unwanted and certainly uninvited guest, but not even the many fathoms of
jet black water could keep him from his prey. He fed on fear, and the
greatest feas .....

Creative Writing: Slave Story
<view this essay>.... worked so much that the only time we were in the house was to sleep. We got out of bed about 6:00 to start work.
Well, my father hated to see me grow up as a slave. I hated to see him worry about it so much. So one night, he thought of a plan. He told me “Clare, I’m gonna get you outa here soon.” He thought to run away one night and run to freedom. I got worried. I knew that if we got caught, that the white people would punish us. I never learned to read or write. My dad said that if the white people knew I could read and write that they would end up selling you. And I didn’t want that.
I never had known my mother. Father said that she died in the c .....
