Communication Progresses Between People
<view this essay>.... is so impersonal that neither voice
nor hand writing are used, and personality is lost. Now a video link where
the person can see the caller and feel a personal touch, is trying to re-
establish the original methods while using high-tech systems. Thus, as
technology increases, we can clearly see attempts to get back to the "old
way" through usage of time saving methods.
One benefit of high-tech communications systems is the ability to make
previously impossible communications possible. Think of the father and son
separated by an ocean, one in England, the other in Newfoundland. This is
where the telephone plays a role. It facilitates an almost .....

this. Or at least get something in return for the services they are going
to render to their city.
Everywhere you go in this city, you'll see homeless people around.
Their number keeps growing and growing each day. They are absolutely
everywhere. Most of them stand by the freeway exits and entrances. They
put up signs trying to get anybody's attention so that they could get some
change or even some left over food. Others hang around 7-11 stores or any

Affirmative action, for example, wich has created an increasingly diverse workforce, has also been a victim of strong criticism.
There are several minority groups which have been the most affected, and are frecuently being denied of their unalienable rights written in the above statement of the Declaration of Independence. Within these we find several that will be discussed in this proyect: blacks, American Indians, Latinos, Asians, .....

The Politics Of Homelessness
<view this essay>.... not blame the homeless for their condition. After all, they are just like regular people except they don't have a home. Their message appeals to some people's feelings of guilt for having received more than they deserve. To do this, they must make people feel vulnerable. They must get people to think that the same thing could happen to them if they do not show pity for those less fortunate. (Not exactly the proper motivation, but it will do if they get the required results.) Once we buy into this image of the homeless, the solution should be easy for us to see: simply build more shelters and public housing. To the extreme right are those that say the ho .....

Genocide
<view this essay>.... history. The best known example in this century was the attempt by Nazi
Germany during the 1930's and 1940's to destroy the Jewish population of Europe,
known as the Holocaust. By the end of World War II, 6 million Jews had been
killed in Nazi concentration camps.
The known objective of the Nazi rule was Jewish extinction. In November

smashed, and thousands of Jews were arrested. This "Night of Broken Glass"
