“Love Story”
<view this essay>.... It stared Ali Mac Graw as Jenny Cavilleri, a poor, intelligent Radcliff music major, and Ryan O’Neal as Oliver Barrett IV, a rich Harvard pre-law student. An article in Time described the film as, “boy meets girl, boy gets girl, boy loses girl”, (Stefan Kanfer, Time 1970). Oliver and Jenny met in the Radcliff library. There experience an immediate attraction for each other. They have an extraordinary relationship despite the fact that they are social opposites. Their only interference is Oliver’s father, who d .....

Othello: The Theme Of Right Judgement
<view this essay>.... and the consequences when it does not.
The first scene in which right judgement is used is when the Duke
makes a decision as to what should be done about the expected Turkish

instead, he thinks out the steps logically. When he states, "I do not so
secure me in the error, but the main article I do approve in the fearful
sense (I 3 12-14)," he is showing that he will not rely solely on the
information he is receiving, but also use common sense, memory, and
understanding, and therefore judge rightly. Only after right judgement was
used did he take action, and therefore avoid disaster. .....

been averted if the kickoff were delayed but the man "in charge" refused to
delay. Just as at the "Who" concert the people in the rear of the line were in
an acquisitive panic to get into the stadium. This pressure was recognized by
the police in the front of the line and due to poor communication nothing could

pressure in front. This is when the true disaster occurred. People funneled
straight onto the already full pens and created the stampede which killed the 95

language, the spirit of Shakespeare emerges to captivate a large audience.
Shakespeare's plays were designed to adapt to any audience: with this in

news broadcast on television. This sets the scene of the play by illustrating
the violence occurring between the two wealthy families, the Montagues and the
Capulets. In Zeffirelli's .....
