Us Vs. Microsoft
<view this essay>.... monopoly.
A monopoly is being the only business that offers a certain product. Pricing regulations usually fall hand in hand with monopolies. A monopolistic company can not assign a price to a product that is outlandishly high. Our government makes sure that companies abide by this by following the Sherman Antitrust Act.
The Sherman Antitrust Act was passed in 1890 and prohibits a monopoly or restraint of trade in interstate commerce. The government believes that Microsoft is "tying" sales on buyers. This occurs when a buyer wants to purchase one product but the seller makes him to buy an additional product that he does not want. Let us take another look a .....

Missouri Fox Trotter
<view this essay>.... straight; the croup muscular and rounded; the tail set rather high; the chest broad and deep; the shoulders sloped and muscular. The legs are sturdy and well muscled. (Hendricks, 286)
Its uniqueness lies in its ability to execute the strange gait known as the Fox-trot. The Fox-trot is when the horse walks with the front legs and trots with the hind legs. A more technical description is: the horse hits with its hind foot shortly before the diagonal forefoot lands.(Brady, p 50-53) This gait achieves speeds between five and ten mph. The other two natural gaits are the long easy-going flat foot walk and the delightful rocking horse canter.

three closely related drugs that stimulate the central nervous system and
promote a feeling of alertness and an increase in speech and general
physical activity. Some people take these drugs under medical supervision to
control their appetite, but many of these drugs are used at parties to "get
high." Overuse and abuse have been associated with all of the stimulant
drugs, but risks are the greatest with the amphetamines and cocaine.

It is possible that Williams chose to be so brave and helpful due to a genetic basis. He was scared of ruining the financial lives of the employees at a troubled bank in Florida. He described this as one of his most difficult cases ever. This demonstrates his caring attitude and difficulty in hurting others. He always displayed optimism and helped anyone he could.

Communism was a serious problem that has left even more serious
consequences. Many were killed, many were hurt, and many will never recover.
Even though described as perfect form of government, communism has caused
mare pain to so many absolutely innocent people than anything else.

The Vampire Genre (v.s)
<view this essay>.... Bram Stoker did not invent the notion of the vampire, his book Dracula
is probably the model on which the vampire genre is based. The myth of the vampire being an un-dead creature that roamed the night drinking the blood of the living goes back to ancient Greek times. However Stoker introduced a number of more particular conventions that are usually followed in the vampire genre even today.
First published in 1897, the story is told through the diaries of a young solicitor, Jonathan Harker, his fiancee Mina, her friend Lucy Westenra and Dr John Seward, the superintendent
of a large mental asylum at Purfleet in Essex. It begins with Harker's journey .....

A Study Of Public School Choice
<view this essay>.... from additional school days to increased discipline. A current favorable prospect is the idea of public school choice through vouchers.
Public education, a monopoly-like system, generally dictates the specific school that each child will attend within his or her district. Under new choice plans, parents would gain the power to choose their child's school, either within the district, or within the state, depending on the plan. Proponents of choice detail many positive results of the plan, which will be explained, analyzed and considered in the written result of my research.
Choice plans have been written in so many different ways, that to cover them all would .....
