revolution, AIDS, downsizing or outsourcing, and sexual harassment are
going to be bigger challenges.
The first item that senior human resource managers felt a challenge

wages paid to regular employees. It will be a challenge to manage the

recessions and depressions.
In a normal economy, Keynes said, there is a circular flow of money. My

earnings. For various reasons, however, this circular flow can falter. People

Strikes And Alternative Forms Of Coping
<view this essay>.... try and force management to agree to a new collective
bargaining agreement. Under the law a strike can only occur if the existing
collective bargaining agreement has expired and generally strikes do not occur
unless labour and management have reached a stalemate in the contract

other sides willingness to concede and when both sides have given all they are
willing to give without reaching a compromise, a stalemate is reached. During a
stalemate both sides try to convince the other that they are unable give an .....
