looking for the book and was looking for a way out. He kept walking search
for an exit, but as dark fell he came across a cave. He walked in and saw
light coming from the back of the cave. He walked on and on until he came
to it. There, in the light was the old man with the book. "I wandered you
not to come here boy," said the older man. "You don't understand what
power this book has over people. I can not stop you from taking this book,

Creative Writing: When I Was A Kid
<view this essay>.... found their way to surrounding towns: Westport,
Wilton, New Canaan, and others. Other people, like my parents, crossed town
through East Norwalk to our home in the northern end of town. Sometimes I would
hear my father boast to far off relatives that we lived in a nice residential
neighborhood (otherwise known as "the good area") In most horror stories, as
the hero approaches some haunted house (or some other terror) you can shout,
"Don't go in there! Stay away!" People moving into Norwalk have no such luck;
they move into the charming town without a clue of it's underlying sickness and
disagreeable citizens.
One of my first discoveries was the river that .....

LAUREN: I feel the same, with all the new inventions, it possible to
learn at an amazing rate. Moveable type printing presses, Indoor chamber pots,
new dyes to make everything around very pretty. This is a very enjoyable time
for me.
JADIE: Yes, Yes, how true. Especially the pretty things. Our dresses
are brightly colored and extremely detailed, as that was the movement in fashion
of our time. These things are very expensive and only royalty such as ourselves
can afford such a luxury.
LAUREN: Say, do you know what's for dinner tonight?

Everything! A feast of huge proport .....

In the early morning when I awoke my mind was instantly assaulted
by an annoying sensation. A sensation that serves to remind one that he
has forgotten to do one thing or another. Then, just after I had finished
breaking fast, the sensation revealed its true purpose. I was told to
travel to the chapel at the edge of the village; the same chapel which had
haunted my slumber earlier.
At this point madness must have surged through my blood for before
I understood what was happening I found myself staring at the rickety old
sign at the border of our town which read Melas. As I came nearer to the

Eventually Rabbit happened by and heard what was going on. "Oh, Rabbit, what are we to do?" wailed the animals. "Tiger is so mean and won't share the juicy pears! Oh, we are so hungry and thirsty!"
Rabbit thought about this and being such a clever animal, he immediately devised a plan. "Come close, come close. Listen to me and I will tell you what to do."
The next morning all of the animals secretly gathered in the forest near the field where Tiger was sleeping. All of the animals who lived on the ground, like Turtle, Elephant, Ox, and Donkey, they all stood nea .....

Then it was even better because it was at night and all the hotels were lit up.
It looked like it was Christmas everyday there. Every single hotel was lit up
of all different pictures. We had fun seeing that but it was time to go back to
the hotel room.

Creative Writing: Slavery

All of us slaves were shy. We did not talk to each other. As a matter
of fact, we only talked to people we knew. We barley had a chance to talk to
others because we were hard at work. Because of the treatment and conditions of
life, we were shy.
As I said, these conditions of life were horrible. For example we were
beaten and abused by our master because we dropped a glass full of water. I was
hurt physically and mentally. Like I said we were abused and beaten by our
master.
We were not only beaten and abused, but we were also hard workers. We
can do a lot in a day. I picked crops and cooked food for the master and his
family. My day started .....
