In Anne Bradstreet poem, "To My Dear Loving Husband" it states the degree and intensity of love/marriage of Bradstreet and her husband. it is also very demonstrative of her religious beliefs, that through "right living," in this case, a true, righteous marriage, the reward of everlasting life through love will be obtained. ....

The constraints that were placed on her by society and religion were partially responsible for the lack of faith in her writing.
