The world's dwindling forests cannot be relied upon to absorb the
industrialized world's carbon dioxide emissions.
Environment ministers and experts from around the world will be
meeting in Buenos Aries. There they will try to map a course for
industrialized countries as they try to rein in emissions of greenhouse
gases ....
