.... you would have been through the intersection before the light even changed to red. You should go to the intersection and time the amber signal. Try to remember where the officer was sitting, and see if he had a clear view of you approaching him and exactly what he could see. (Which traffic lights were visible to him, how far down the road he could see etc.) Make a reasonable measurement of the width of the intersection. You do not have to prove yourself innocent….the officer must prove ....
