.... story it begins with three girls who accuse dozen of people of witchcraft. The fact that the girls are trying to conceive of some way in which to escape punishment for having been caught dancing in the woods is clearly revealed. The irresponsible accusations have resulted in the deaths of twenty people. But later on in the story the truth comes back to haunt them because they are the ones who end up being accused for witchcraft.
